Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will present comedienne Rita Rudner on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are available for $49, $59 or $79 through www.ScottsdalePerformingArts.org or (480) 499-TKTS (8587).

Comedienne Rita Rudner has charmed her way into the hearts of millions with her witty stand-up routines, sold-out tours, bestselling books and countless television appearances. She also has become one of the most popular performers in Las Vegas, where she holds the record for the city's longest-running, one-person comedy show and was voted "Best Comedian in Las Vegas" multiple times by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Rudner has appeared on television as a guest of David Letterman, Johnny Carson, Bill Maher, Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien and Oprah Winfrey, among many others, and in the highly rated HBO specials Rita Rudner: Born to Be Mild and Rita Rudner: Married without Children. Her most recent cable special, Rita Rudner and 3 Potential Ex-Husbands, premiered in 2012 on Showtime.

Rudner has toured throughout the country, from Carnegie Hall in New York to the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, as well as Australia and England. She is the author of the novels Tickled Pink and Turning the Tables, the bestselling Naked Beneath My Clothes, Rita Rudner's Guide to Men and I Still Have It ... I Just Can't Remember Where I Put It.

Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts is located at 7380 E. Second St. in downtown Scottsdale, four blocks south of Indian School Road and three blocks east of Scottsdale Road. Free parking is available in the public parking garage located to the west of Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts on Wells Fargo Avenue. Additional free parking is available at the Old Town Parking Corral at East Second Street and Brown Avenue and at the Civic Center Library parking garage located on Drinkwater Boulevard at East Second Street.

Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts offers performance accommodations to enhance audience members' experience, including: American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation or live audio description with two weeks advance notice. Assistive-listening devices and wheelchair seating are always available.
